Direct to era modern trade, we all claim to thingking make progress and open our eyes.we all know, that technology very important on the way our live.

Information Technologi make everything can be fast and efisien.

If I can take some words from TH Chowdary on Info-Tech Advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Information is knowledge and knowledge is power. Knowledge plus experience is wisdom and it is the wise use of information that gives advantage to those who have information. So information and technology always have relation.

The last, interspace always be first our problem to connection with relation. But now, with technology it’s all not to be problem again. Information Technology holds significant potential for facilitating network our activities. For example, technology give us information exchange and making joint our decision.

There is not one activity of humans or their Government that would not benefit by using IT for efficiency, economy and effectiveness. One of effect technology is education. Quality education is a universal goal. My campus in University of Lampung Indonesia has been made solution for academic. Every semester we always fill draft study planning for our lector. Before my campus using IT, there are many problem that we find. For example, lectors have many schedule, so we always difficult to met our lector.

But after that, we only can fill our studi planning with email or internet. So if lector can’t be find we just give her/his email.

Just as chemical or metallurgical or electrical technologies enable the processing of raw materials into usable goods, to satisfy man's and societies' needs so does Information Technology (IT) help the storage, processing, transmission and exploitation of information to satisfy a person's, company's, society's or government's needs for information.

Pioneer University of Lampung in University of Indonesia group enough famous. For example, for computer service, my campus has begin on 1981. in that years my campus builded computer centre (Pukom). Computer centre has job for administrasi of academic.

And then, on 1986. my campus was build net local (LAN) in computer centre (Puskom). It had job for using modern technology. University of Lampung give the best cervice, especially on tool which using by us. That’s can proof, computer centre (Puskom) include in University Wide Program on project Development of Undergraduate Education (DUE). That’s project begin on 1996.

With DUE project, on 1997 my campus build backbone of computer net University of Lampung to all building my campus, email, internet and System Information Academic (SIAKAD) which have based web to serve academic of administration with online. As not to be more that propagations can be executioner for my campus to face era Information Technology modern.

After last years on 2003, computer centre (Puskom) had finishing their work that build basis of infrastructur Information Technology (IT) and System Information (SI) on give best service which useful more techology modern.

However, we currently have little understanding about how and under what conditions that Information Technology would make a difference. Like Roth and Sanders says technology believers perceive no intrinsic obstacles to total quality assurance using information technology in higher education
